At the Lagoon Summer Concert Series, we are always looking for ways to give back to the community beyond just providing a fun night of entertainment. To do this, we love to collaborate with like-minded companies who also value the community. This is why we are so pleased to partner with Houska Automotive and Project Self Sufficiency.
This partnership has been going on for multiple years as Lagoon has teamed up with Project Self-Sufficiency and Houska Automotive to present meaningful gifts to deserving single parents. Project Self-Sufficiency is a nonprofit organization with a mission to assist low-income, single parents in their efforts to become economically independent while also building a strong and healthy family. Project Self-Sufficiency is a wonderful resource for hardworking families in Northern Colorado – and Houska Automotive and the Lagoon Summer Concert Series are proud to stand behind their mission and vision. It is a great privilege to partner with and support them during our summer concert series.
Each year, Houska has had the joy of presenting a single parent with a refurbished vehicle – free of charge – to aid in the family’s journey to self-sufficiency. The community-oriented Lagoon Summer Concert Series is proud to once again host the presentation of the vehicle!
Our ongoing partnership with Houska Automotive and Project Self-Sufficiency has brought us great joy. One of the most rewarding parts of being around for 25 years comes from opportunities such as this – where we can give back to the Northern Colorado community.
We look forward to continuing this partnership for years to come! We can’t wait to see another set of keys handed off to a community member at this week’s Lagoon Concert!
