Union Gray Combines Classic Country with a Rockin’ Twist

Seemingly out of Nashville, the dynamic performers of Union Gray are actually based right here in Denver. Covering the entire spectrum of country and rock, Union Gray will blow audiences away with their ability to play all of the classics, your favorite hits, and even their own great original material.

This “rockin’ little” four-piece band commands the stage with their enthusiasm and deep love for what they do. They are led by Scott Gray’s powerful vocals and guitar playing and completed by David Mahn on the guitar, Bradley Robson on the bass and James Nelson on the drums.

Although relatively new to the local band scene, the quartet has already made their mark at venues all over northern Colorado. Their most recent accomplishment was opening for celebrated country artist Craig Morgan at the Greeley Stampede on Independence Day this year. The band is set to release their debut EP in summer 2016.

It will be very apparent at the next Lagoon concert that the boys of Union Gray are here to party and they want you right alongside them. The grassroots band understands the importance of connecting with their audience and will strum away to whatever it is that gets you moving.

Little Kid Rock Band performer, Maya Bennett will have the pleasure of opening for Union Gray on July 27. Don’t forget to stop by the local food trucks onsite: Sustainable Spoon, Taco Stop, Wing Shack, Ba-Nom-a-Nom and Human Bean Coffee Truck.

The Lagoon Summer Concert Series is produced by Mantooth Marketing with thanks to the generous support of Title Sponsors Colorado State University, Kaiser Permanente and Thrivent Financial.
